另外，癫痫患者在出现癫痫发作的时候也是有一些急救措施的，首先要保护好患者的舌头，在患者的嘴巴里面放一个缠有纱布的压板，在病人未发作之前放进去，阵挛期不要强行放入，以免伤害病人。发作期使病人平卧，松开衣领，头转向一侧，以利于呼吸道分泌物及呕吐物排出，防止流入气管引起呛咳窒息。大发作时呼吸道分泌物较多，易造成呼吸道阻塞或吸入性肺炎，抽搐时口中不要塞任何东西，不要灌药，防止窒息。有些人看到癫痫病人抽搐时常常采用掐人中的办法，希望以此来终止病人的发作，病人抽搐是大脑过度放电，一旦发作，不能控制，只能等放电终止，抽搐才能停止，所以遇到病人抽搐发作，不要去掐病人的人中，这样对病人毫无益处。有人在病人阵挛期强制性按压病人四肢，试图制止抽搐而减少病人的痛苦，但过分用力可造成骨折和肌肉拉伤，反而会增加病人的痛苦。

　　颅内感染如各种脑炎、脑膜炎等这些疾病，导致大脑皮层炎症和水肿，引起成人癫痫发作。后遗症期由于脑实质内瘢痕形成和脑膜粘连，也能导致成人癫痫发作。所以颅内感染应早期诊断，积极治疗，减少后遗症和并发症的发生，颅脑外伤外伤后癫痫的发生率较高，昏迷时间越长，脑实质损伤越重，发生率越高。如急性期颅内血肿压迫，脑实质损伤后水肿导致的颅内高压，都可导致成人癫痫发作，颅脑手术后的损伤、脑挫裂伤后脑萎缩导致大脑供血供氧不足，脑细胞功能紊乱，发生成人癫痫。癫痫病人诱因是什么
