　　二、丙戊酸镁缓释片：用于治疗全身性或部分性癫痫，尤其是以下类型：失神发作、肌阵挛发作、强直阵挛发作、失张力发作及混合型发作以及部分性癫痫：简单性或复杂性发作;继发性全身性发作。

　　三、德巴金 ：用于治疗全身性及部分发作性癫痫，以及特殊类型的综合症。全身性癫痫适用于：失神发作、肌阵挛发作、强直阵挛发作、失张力发作及混合型发作。部分性癫痫适用于：简单部分发作;复杂部分性发作;部分继发全身性发作。

　　四、三甲双酮(解痉酮)：降低大脑皮层和间脑兴奋性，缩短其后放电活动，对小发作疗效显著，但作用缓慢(2～4天才显效)，仅用于预防。久服易蓄积;毒性较大，胃肠道反应为严重反应先兆。
