癫痫发作种类

(1)癫痫类型虽多但是共同的一点是癫痫发作前会有前驱症状和先兆症状。当患者出现癫痫病的症状时，表现为全身不适、头痛、头昏、情绪币稳、烦躁、忧郁、心情恶劣、爱挑剔别人。可暂时加大抗癫痫药剂量，同时给予患者心理安慰，或给予适量安定荆。患者出现先兆症状时，多为幻觉或错觉，看到奇形怪状的东西，如毒蛇、猛兽、妖怪等，并因此而产生恐惧、害怕、逃避、惊叫等情感反应。町采取一世安全防范措施，蛆免自伤、伤人、毁物，这些就需要家属们多费些心思照顾患者了。

(2)简单的、短暂的发作无需特殊处理。复杂的、持续的时间较长的精神运动性发作，除及时给予大量、快速发挥作用的抗癫痫药以中止其发作外，还要注意防止发作时的白伤、伤人、毁物。

(3)多见于大发作后的朦胧状态。在发作后可出现意识模糊、定向力障碍、幻觉、妄想及兴奋激动等症状，其巾兴裔激动及意识模糊是常见的症状。有时视幻觉或听幻觉及妄想很明显，视幻觉常具有完整的结构及迫害性，以致忠者企图逃避，偶然会出现意外。应采取紧急控制措施，严格限制其行为，防止造成严重后果。

(4)癫痫小发作患者要注意勿摔伤，跌伤。癫痫小发作伴有抽搐的不可用力按压肢体，以免骨折。注意心脏，呼吸情况，把维持生命入在首位。癫痫小发作时间长时要给予吸氧，抽搐后呼吸未能及时恢复应做人工呼吸并及时送医院抢救癫痫小发作患者。

(5)对于已经倒地并且面部着地的癫痫小发作患者，应使之翻过身，以免呼吸道阻塞，此时若病人已牙关紧闭，不要强行撬开，否则会造成癫痫小发作患者的牙齿松动脱落。然后救助者解开病人的衣领和裤带，使其呼吸通畅。为防止病人吐出的唾液或呕吐物吸入气管引起室息，救助者或家人应始终守护在病人身旁，随时擦去病人的吐出物。
