　　随着人们的生活水平的提高，人们在进食的时候必不可少的就选择了吃一些肉类的食物，癫痫患者不可以吃肉的，肉是发物，会导致癫痫病复发的，也不宜过多的食用甜食，切忌过饥或过饱，勿暴饮暴食。铁是人体的造血功能能够顺利进行的重要元素，充足的铁元素就会使保持体内血液供应的充足和循环的通畅，就会减少由于脑部供血不足导致的癫痫发作。

　　癫痫患者不能吃什么?最重要的就是吃饭了，因此癫痫患者在饮食方面一定要清淡有营养，少吃含锌高的食物，特别是没有熟透的肉，比如就是牛排，很多人是七分熟，这样因为里面的细菌没有完全的杀死，患者如果长时间都吃这类的生肉的话，是会让细菌进入体内，然后通过血液进入到大脑，然后会滋生更多的细菌，所以，患者一定要特别注意了，还有咖啡和巧克力等，里面还有让大脑兴奋的也是要忌口的。

　　同时，患者应该要多补充镁和钙，还有就是维生素，一定要多吃绿色的蔬菜，多吃豆类食品，多吃蛋类，牛奶等一些营养价值高的，但是没有刺激大脑的食物，是可以有效的减轻疾病的发作，同时也是对治疗很有帮助的。

　　癫痫患者一定要在早期的时候，病情还没有恶化，可以很好的控制的时候接受治疗，在治疗的时候一定要选择正规的医院，让专业的医生给您适合您治疗的方法，尽快的治疗疾病，让疾病得到控制或者是痊愈，同时生活中的防御工作一定也要做好，这个也是治疗癫痫的一个关键的。
