简化治疗药物：最好使用单药低剂量治疗，因为目前还没有任何一种抗痫药对胎儿是完全安全的，所以选药的原则仍然是依据病人的发作类型，选择控制发作效果最好的药物。单药治疗可以明显减少胎儿畸形率的发生。补充足量的微生素、无机盐、微量元素和叶酸，保证充足的营养和睡眠，尽量避免服用其它的药物，禁止饮酒。
