癫痫病如果发作我们该如何应对

一、癫痫发作之癫痫大发作：当病人发生全身抽搐前将要倒地时，患者家属或救助者若在附近，应马上上前扶住病人以免其跌到摔伤，然后慢慢的让其倒下。同时，趁病人嘴巴未紧闭之前，迅速将手绢、纱布等卷成卷，垫在病人的上下齿之间，防范牙关紧闭时咬伤舌部。

二、对于已经倒地并且面部着地的，应该翻过患者的身子，时期面部向上，以免呼吸道阻塞。然后救助者可解开病人的衣领和裤带，便利患者进行呼吸。为防止病人吐出的唾液或呕吐物吸入气管引起窒息，救助者或家人应始终在病人的身旁，随时擦去病人的吐出物。

三、癫痫大发作时，患者们口中都会出现一些异物，这些异物很容易被患者吸到自己的肺部，造成堵塞或是引起肺炎等等，因此我们应该将患者头侧向一方，以便分泌物自然流出。同时解开患者的领口，使患者可以呼吸顺畅。

四、对于癫痫失神发作等其他不伴有明显肢体抽搐成分的分作，若发作持续时间短暂(短于5分钟)一般不需要特殊处理，只要记录观察发作时的表现，随后及时就诊，将发作时的表现告知医生，医生将根据情况，进行检查和治疗。

五、而对于阵挛期，患者会出现四肢肌肉收缩，所以很容易造成关节脱臼和四肢擦伤。这时可适当用力按压四肢节处，限制其抽动幅度。但是不要用力过猛，强行按压，否则会造成骨折或肌肉损伤。如果条件同意，可以在患者的周围设置一些较软的靠垫等等物品，防止患者们身体撞上硬物而受到伤害。
