2.成人癫痫的病因：在成人癫痫病人中，有一些是从儿时就已经出现了癫痫病症。其癫痫病成因与之前没什么区别。但是有些成人癫痫病患者，因为一些其他原因，也得上了癫痫病。有些人有脑肿瘤，根据检测，这类人患癫痫病的概率会比较高。同时，如果一个人长期身处紧张的环境，而导致自己精神压力过大，也会产生癫痫症状，尤其是癫痫小发作。还有一些人喜欢吃一些生肉或半生肉类食品，如生鱼片，或半熟的烤肉。要知道，这些生肉中有很多细菌和寄生虫，如果长期大量食用，这些寄生虫会刺激脑部组织，造成癫痫。

3.老年人癫痫的病因：老年人癫痫病的成因最主要的还是由于代谢性疾病和脑血管病所导致的癫痫病症。很多老年人有尿毒症，脑萎缩，糖尿病。这些病症会加重癫痫病的病情，或者诱发癫痫病的发生，这也是老年癫痫病成因的一大特点。
