7、个体化用：抗癫痫的个体化用方案是指不仅根据患者的临床反应，而且还需考虑患者用后的血浓度来调整剂量，以提高用的有效性和安全性，减少盲目性。其实施方法是通过血浓度检测，即通过测定血浓度，利用代动力学的原理和公式制定个体化的给方案，确定抗菌作用最大，毒性作用最小。
