二、复杂部分性发作

精神感觉性、精神运动性及混合性发作。多有不同程度的意识障碍及明显的思维、知觉、情感和精神运动障碍。可有神游症、夜游症等自动症表现。有时在幻觉、妄想的支配下可发生伤人、自伤等暴力行为。

三、植物神经性发作

可有头痛型、腹痛型、肢痛型、晕厥型或心血管性发作。无明确病因者为原发性癫痫，继发于颅内肿瘤、外伤、感染、寄生虫病、脑血管病、全身代谢病等引起者为继发性癫痫。
