婴儿肌阵挛癫痫是什么样子的

癫痫病其实有一定的年龄特点，婴儿良性肌阵挛癫痫的发病年龄多在1～2岁，常有惊厥或癫痫家族史，临床特点为短暂全身肌阵挛发作，此种发作类型不伴有其他类型发作。发作时脑电图显示有广泛棘慢波，多为双侧同步。发作间歇期正常，对于这种癫痫患者以应及早治疗，越早治疗越容易治好。

一般婴儿严重肌阵挛癫痫情况多在1岁内就发病，病前发育正常，约半数有癫痫或热性惊厥的阳性家族史，开始发作时表现为全身性或一侧性发热阵挛发作，接着出现肌阵挛抽动和部分发作。常反复发作，病情较轻的可无意识障碍，一般多在2个月后变为发热发作。儿童在2岁以后精神和运动发育迟滞，出现语言障碍，并出现共济失调、锥体束征和发作间期肌阵挛等。对光刺激敏感，本型发作对任何治疗均无效果，预后不好，所以一定要尽早治疗。

而婴儿癫痫肌阵挛-失张力性发病情况，一般是在年龄在7个月到6岁之间，多数在2～5岁，常有遗传倾向，男孩较女孩多2倍，身体发育大多正常，病前一切正常。其发作为肌阵挛，失张力性，失神伴阵挛和强直成分，属于强直-阵挛发作。癫痫持续状态经常发生，预后差的晚期病人可出现强直发作，家长们一定要注意做好护理。
