二、大发作表现为意识突然丧失，呼吸暂停、口吐白沫、面色青紫、瞳孔散大，抽搐开始为四肢的强直、握拳、两眼上翻或偏斜一方，然后面部及四肢肌肉呈阵挛性抽动，呼吸急促不整，常有舌咬伤，可以有大小便失禁。发作持续1-5分钟，发作后意识不清或嗜睡，经数小时清醒。婴儿癫痫症状三、在某些小儿还可表现为肌阵挛，即躯体某部位肌肉或肢体突然抽动，或屈或伸，没有意识丧失，这种肌阵挛可发展为全身性大发作。
