癫痫患者局限性发作，主要表现为从一侧的口角、手指、足趾等部位开始发生抽搐。局限性发作的患者的特点是，身体的某一部位发生节律性抽动，几秒后可恢复正常。若患者的大脑发生放电，患者的病情恶化，可蔓延全身，造成全身性伤害。
