2.复杂分性发作(精神运动性发作)：精神感觉性，精神运动性及混合性发作，多有不同程度的意识障碍及明显的思维，知觉，情感和精神运动障碍，可有神游症，夜游症等自动症表现，有时在幻觉，妄想的支配下可发生伤人，自伤等暴力行为。

3.单纯分性发作：某一局或一侧肢体的强直，阵挛性发作，或感觉异常发作，历时短暂，意识清楚，若发作范围沿运动区扩及其他肢体或全身时可伴意识丧失，称杰克森发作(Jack)，发作后患肢可有暂时性瘫痪，称Todd麻痹。

4.全身强直-阵挛发作(大发作)：突然意识丧失，继之先强直后阵挛性痉挛，常伴尖叫，面色青紫，尿失禁，舌咬伤，口吐白沫或血沫，瞳孔散大，持续数十秒或数分钟后痉挛发作自然停止，进入昏睡状态，醒后有短时间的头昏，烦躁，疲乏，对发作过程不能回忆，若发作持续不断，一直处于昏迷状态者称大发作持续状态，常危及生命。
