癫痫患者心理压力大怎么办

癫痫是一种危害性较强的疾病，不仅仅会对患者造成身体伤害，还由于它发作的过程大多数人都不理解，患者的心理会不自然的出现自卑、压抑等情绪，长时间的不良心理状态，会导致患者产生巨大的心里压力，不利于癫痫的治疗，有的患者甚至会产生轻生的想法，因此癫痫病人一定要减轻心里压力。

树立正确的癫痫观念，保持积极的心里。不要过于在意他人的想法，主动配合医生治疗，按时按量服药，定期做检查，争取早日恢复病情。

注意日常护理工作，避免癫痫诱发因素。癫痫每发作一次，患者的心里又会留下一次阴影，因此生活中一定要避免癫痫诱发因素，刺激性食物不要食用，剧烈运动不要参加，强光强声的地方要避免。

多培养一些兴趣爱好。比如听音乐(强声dj要避免)。优美的曲调在一定程度上可以安抚患者的心理创伤，可有效缓解患者心理压力的。养花草、文体性的活动，患者一旦从事自己感兴趣的活动，避免整日胡思乱想，心理压力也会减轻一部分。

在家人的陪伴一起去旅游，多感受世界的美好，多呼吸新鲜空气。心里压力大的癫痫患者可能有轻生念头，是因为大多沉浸在自己压抑自卑的状态中，旅游可以增加患者的阅历，改变患者的思想，有利于患者走出心里压力过大的状态，同时旅游景点的新鲜空气可以增加患者身体新陈代谢。旅游对于癫痫患者来说是非常有意义的事情，在减轻患者压力的同时，还增强了患者的阅历，对于癫痫的治疗也是很有帮助的。

多和他人聊天。有调查显示都和他人聊天不仅可以释放压力，还能够增强思维。癫痫患者压力大可以通过诉说释放出来，所有的问题和压力都可以和朋友谈，朋友之间的交谈可以激发患者内心深处的想法，更加没有顾忌，能够解开心结，是释放压力的好办法。

患者需要更深的了解癫痫治疗方面的知识，有利于树立正确的心态。最后提醒大家：对于癫痫病的治疗，我们不仅仅要选对医院，选择正确治疗方法，还要树立积极的人生价值观，这样癫痫的治疗效果才能达到最佳。
