儿童癫痫症状二：有些婴儿癫痫症状可表现为肌阵挛，即躯体某部位肌肉或肢体突然抽动，或屈或伸，没有意识丧失，这种肌阵挛可发展为全身性大发作。

儿童癫痫症状三：一些婴儿癫痫还表现为突然发生一过性肌张力丧失，不能维持姿势，发作持续1-3秒，可以连续数次，不完全性肌张力丧失可表现为突然低头。若全身肌张力丧失可骤然倒下，意识暂时不清。发作后立即清醒，当即站起，这种情况称为无动性发作，也是婴儿癫痫的一种。
