癫痫病吃什么中药能根治癫痫

1、氯硝西泮：别名氯硝安定，用于肌阵挛及失神发作的辅助用药，对于复杂部分发作也有效，不过对强直阵挛效果不好。儿童维持量按0.1~0.2mg/kg/d，分2次服用。为减少副作用，应从小剂量逐渐加量至维持量。

2、托吡酯：商品名为妥泰，为广谱抗癫痫新药，对于各类癫痫发作均有效，其中原发性或是继发性全身强直-阵挛发作及单纯或复杂部分发作效果尤其明显;对肌阵挛、婴儿痉挛也有效。儿童初始量为0.5~1mg/kg/d，逐渐加量至目标剂量3~5mg/kg/d，分2次服用。

3、拉莫三嗪：商品名为利必通，用于全面性发作、部分发作和难治性癫痫的添加治疗，其中与丙戊酸盐合用疗效最佳;但对部分肌阵挛发作无效。儿童用量按3~5mg/kg/d，分2次服用。

4、苯巴比妥：又名鲁米那，用于强直阵挛、阵挛以及强直和单纯部分性发作，对于复杂部分发作疗效差，对失神发作无效。儿童按3~6mg/kg/d，分2次服用。

5、卡马西平：别名酰胺咪嗪，痛惊宁。用于部分性发作及强直阵挛发作，对复杂部分性发作效果最好，不过对失神发作无效。儿童按20~30mg/kg/d，分3次服用。

6、丙戊酸钠：别名德巴金、抗癫灵，失神发作(包括不典型失神发作)为首选药物;对全身性强直阵挛发作也有很好的效果。也可用于单纯部分性发作、复杂部分性发作、肌阵挛性发作、失张力发作及婴儿痉挛症的治疗，是一个广谱抗癫痫药。儿童每日20~30mg/kg/d，分2~3次服用。
