阅读性发作、反射性发作等，这些表现都不是一个单纯的抽筋，而且有些根本都不抽筋。比如有些孩子不朗读只看课本的时候不抽，但是一朗读，嘴角就开始慢慢地小抽动，继续朗读，就会出现抽筋。有时候家长不理解，以为孩子装病，最后检查发现，确实是一种癫痫的发作形式。
