二、短暂性脑缺血发作：一般表现为神经功能的缺失症状(运动和感觉功能缺失)。症状开始就达到高峰，然后逐渐缓解。

三、假性发作：患者的描述通常比较模糊，抽搐表现为躯干的屈伸运动、头部来回摇动或用力闭眼等，发作时脑电图正常有助于女性癫痫病辨别。短暂性脑缺血发作。

四、精神运动发作：病人突然停止活动，正在进行的工作突然停止，如果手中拿有物品，会见物品松手，患者们不要在手中持有危险的物品，避免伤害。

五、晕厥：通常由精神紧张和受刺激或长时间过度疲劳等因素诱发，亦可见于其他情况，包括排尿、体位性低血压(神经源性或药物所致)和心率异常。表现为持续数分钟的意识丧失，发作前后通常伴有出冷汗、面色苍白、恶心、头重脚轻和乏力等症状。
