四、避免癫痫频繁发作患者要注意坚持治疗：癫痫病人经过一定时期的正规、系统的药物治疗而不再发作，一般可以减药，直至停药。于停药后3年内没有发作的，即认为治好。一般经系统治疗后多数人不再发作，但不是每个人都不再发作，据研究观察，临床治好的患者在10年内，有15%的人又出现发作。
