小儿癫痫治疗需要注意什么?

小儿癫痫的治疗方法很多，而适合患儿的才是最好的，因为这一点主要还是应该要根据患儿的具体病情和患者本身的一种可以接受的方案来决定的。

第一、在经过医院确诊的前提下，主动加以防范，尤其是作为家属，在照顾癫痫患儿时，要选择正规的医院进行治疗，同时，做好生活中的预防工作，另外，对于癫痫患儿要非常仔细地观察，探索患病的过程和发病规律。

第二、在癫痫的治疗上，吃药是最常用的治疗方法。对于小儿早期癫痫，当孩子服用药物控制癫痫发作时，患者及其家属应在医师的嘱托下，正确的用药，避免盲目停用，因为很多家长对治疗抱有侥幸心理，当孩子出现一些好转时，就会让孩子停药，孰不知，这样的决定反而会让小儿癫痫患者的情况变得更加恶劣。

第三、合理的治疗。小儿癫痫病的治疗机构有很多，但作为家属应该要有一个正确的认识，若是选择非正规的治疗，不但会给患儿造成更大的伤害，长期发作，患儿的身体指标会不断下降，严重时甚至威胁生命，因此，治疗小儿癫痫，一定要选择正规的治疗医院，这样才能避免因不当的治疗而危及到孩子。

小儿癫痫常用的家庭护理方法

一、生活中诱发小儿癫痫的因素有：高热、惊吓、过分激动及劳累，所以，家属一定要在生活中要尽量的这些因素，避免对孩子的健康造成影响。

二、我们都知道，癫痫一旦发作，病人是无法自控的，对于患儿来讲，为了防止意外发生，家长应该时刻陪在孩子身边，禁止患儿一个人爬高、游泳以及单独外出。另外，在孩子的房间及周围，要注意避免有棱角突出的家具，家里的地面要注意保持清洁。

三、良好的生活习惯是患病者要特别注意的，对于小儿癫痫，家长应该帮助孩子建立良好的生活习惯和饮食习惯，避免患儿过度劳累、紧张等。在饮食上可以多给孩子吃一些富有营养和容易消化的食物，多吃一些清淡、含维生素高的蔬菜和水果，切忌孩子吃的过饱。

四、小儿癫痫患儿用药期间，家长要及时与治疗医师进行沟通，同时还要注意药物副作用，如：眼球震颤、嗜睡、兴奋、走路不稳等，若出现异常，一定要在第一时间与患儿的主治医生取得联系，遵医嘱进行正规治疗。
