　　创伤型癫痫病能否根治，癫痫(epilepsy)是大脑神经元突发性异常放电，导致短暂的大脑功能障碍的一种慢性疾病。而癫痫发作(epilepticseizure)是指脑神经元异常和过度超同步化放电所造成的临床现象。其特征是突然和一过性症状，由于异常放电的神经元在大脑中的部位不同，而有多种多样的表现。可以是运动感觉神经或自主神经的伴有或不伴有意识或警觉程度的变化。

什么影响抗癫痫病药物的疗效

一、影响抗癫痫病药的吸收：含钙、镁、铝的抗酸药可降低肠道对苯妥英钠的吸收，从而降低苯妥英钠的疗效。

二、诱导抗癫痫药的代谢：有些药物可诱导肝脏微粒体酶增生从而加速抗癫痫病药的代谢，降低抗癫痫病药的血浓度。除抗癫痫病药物互相诱导代谢外，安定、酒精都可明显降低苯妥英钠的血浓度。

三、影响癫痫病药的排泄：能改变尿的酸碱性的药物可影响抗癫痫病药的排泄，如苯巴比妥为弱酸性，口服碳酸氢钠等制酸剂可使小便呈偏碱性，这时可加速苯巴比妥的排出，而降低苯巴比妥的血浓度。醋氮酰胺也有类似作用。用稀盐酸等酸性药物或服蛋氨酸、扁桃酸治疗尿路感染时则可使尿偏酸性，因而抑制苯巴比妥的排泄，使血中苯巴比妥浓度增加，有时会出现中毒。

四、抑制抗癫痫病药的代谢：某种药物与抗癫痫病药利用相同代谢途径时可抑制后者的代谢，如磺胺、氟烷、利他灵等。另外，抑制苯妥英钠代谢的药还有异烟肼、氯霉素、氯丙嗪、心得安等。

五、干扰抗癫痫病药与血浆蛋白的结合;大部分抗癫痫病药在血浆内处于与血浆蛋白结合状态，另一种药物如果也容易与血浆蛋白结合，就可在结合部位发生竞争，从而把抗痛药从血浆蛋白结合的部位置换出来，如磺胺噻唑、口服抗凝药、口服降糖药、三环抗抑郁剂等与苯妥英钠或丙戊酸钠等合用时，可提高后二者的血浆游离药浓度，也会出现中毒症状。
