癫痫病的发病原因有哪些

北京汇仁癫痫病医院癫痫科的癫痫病治疗医生指出，癫痫是一种发病十分广泛的脑部神经系统疾病，常见的发病症状是：大叫一声，昏到在地，四肢抽搐，两眼上视，口吐涎沫，小便失禁，数秒或几分钟消失，也有的病人出现短暂的意识障碍，但不倒地这称小发作。但这一过程中，患者出现了意识障碍，醒来后对之前的异常状况完全没有回忆。

1、脑内疾病，是导致癫痫病发作的重要病因。临床上，导致癫痫病发作的病因包括各种各样脑病，如脑血管病、颅脑损伤、脑炎、脑膜炎、脑积水、脑寄生虫、颅脑外伤、脱髓鞘疾病、脑发育异常、脑萎缩颅脑手术后遗症、脑变性疾病等，均可引起羊羔疯的频繁发作。

2、癫痫病发作，脑血管病也是常见的发病原因。临床上脑血管畸形产生癫痫病发作时年龄较小外，脑血管病癫痫病多见于中、老年人。颅内静脉或静脉窦血栓形成，也可以发生癫痫病。

3、颅内感染导致癫痫病发作几率极高。颅内感染的类型可分为：细菌或病毒性感染、真菌感染、寄生虫感染和螺旋体感染。

4、颅脑外伤可能导致癫痫病的发病。颅脑外伤包括开放性颅脑损伤和闭合性颅脑损伤。通常颅脑损伤越重，癫痫病的发生率越高，并且开放性颅脑损伤的癫痫病发生率较闭合性的高。另外，癫痫病的发生与外伤部位也有关，大脑皮质运动区、颞叶尤其是颞叶内侧面、海马和杏仁核等损伤时发生率最高。
