二、小孩出现意识突然丧失，呼吸暂停、口吐白沫、面色青紫、瞳孔散大，抽搐，开始为四肢的强直、握拳、两眼上翻或偏斜一方，然后面部及四肢肌肉呈阵挛性抽动，呼吸急促不整，常有舌咬伤，发作持续1-5分钟，发作后小孩会出现意识不清或嗜睡的状况，在几个小时候会恢复清醒，这也是一种癫痫前兆。

三、如果孩子们在进行某项活动突然停止，两眼凝视一个地方，面部没有任何表情，这种情况可持续数分钟至数小时。如果出现意识不清，无目的地动作或无意义言语或行为，甚至喜欢胡乱摸索、奔跑、踢打、胡言乱语、微笑或狂笑等，发作后精神错乱或入睡。极有可能是癫痫前兆的发病。

四、当然对于成年人来说，癫痫前兆症状有很多种，单纯部分性发作时癫痫病发作的其中一种，单纯部分性发作是指局部或一侧的肢体的强直、阵挛性发作，这种症状短暂，意识清楚，发作后患肢可有暂时性的瘫痪，多有不同程度的意识障碍以及明显的思维，有时会出现神游症、夜游症等自动症的表现。
