3、局限性发作：某一局部或一侧肢体的强直、阵挛性发作，或感觉异常发作，历时短暂，意识清楚。若发作范围沿运动区扩及其他肢体或全身时可伴意识丧失，称杰克森发作。发作后患肢可有暂时性瘫痪，称todd麻痹。

4、精神运动症状：以自动症常见。口咽部不自主的动作，如吮吸、咀嚼、吞咽等。有的病人手擦衣服，手举空中划圈等。有时较为复杂的自动症则表现梦游及神游等。

5、复合型症状：表现为多秧复杂症状的综合。有的突然暴发冲动，甚至产生违法行为。如伤人、毁物、自伤、自杀、杀人等。
