你好!这主要看患者的症状罗!对氯胺酮过量引起的肌肉强直性痉挛,可肌注安定1—2mg/kg体重或苯巴比妥3—5mg/kg体重.剂量同上.对氯胺酮麻醉尚无合适的促醒解药.氯胺酮是静注后首先进入脑组织,脑内浓度为血浆浓度的6.5倍.氯胺酮为一种新的非巴比妥类静脉麻醉剂,先阻断大脑联络径路和丘脑向新皮层的投射,故意识还部分存在,痛党消失则明显而完全;随血药浓度升高而抑制整个中枢神经系统.作用快速但短暂,能选择地抑制大脑及丘脑,静注后约30秒钟（肌注后约3～4分钟）即产生麻醉,但植物神经反射并不受抑制.麻醉作用持续
