癫痫病多久发作一次

我有个亲戚是去年下午睡了午觉起床去上厕所时觉得胸口不舒服就晕倒在地上，当时全身发生抽搐。当他自己起来时，不知道自己怎么在那里睡着，只觉得自己身体很痛。在一年间有没有发生过这样的事情，但是在今年10份的时候他也是早上一起床就去上厕所，上着上着就晕倒了，晕倒是全身抽搐，眼睛都定了，这样的症状维持了20秒左右，他起来之后就不知道自己为什么在那里睡着，过了一会他就像正常人一样了，我们过了两个小时去了医院做了脑电图和CT，但显示都是正常，请问专家，这种症状是怎么回事，。谢谢！
