脑血管痉挛发生后，临床上常出现颅内压增高(头痛、呕吐、眼底水肿出现或加重)，意识障碍加重。病人由清醒转为嗜睡或昏迷；或由昏迷(早期脑血管痉挛多在2天内恢复)→清醒→ 昏迷(再次脑血管痉挛)。这种动态的意识变化是脑血管痉挛的突出特点。同时还常有不同程度的局灶性体征出现或加重，如偏瘫、偏身感觉障碍、失语等。病人持续发热，周围血象白细胞持续增高。而上述症状的加重，又难以再出血(如腰穿未能证实再出血)和颅内血肿等解释，并用血管造影发现血管痉挛，即可确诊为脑血管痉挛。　　需与以下疾病相鉴别　　一、局灶性癫痫各种类型
