20岁年轻男孩子出现目前这种情况，不能排除面神经麻痹，也就是面瘫。最好要就诊当地医院的神经内科进行规范治疗，避免留下后遗症。面瘫就是面神经麻痹。多由于病毒感染等导致。表现为周围性面瘫。该病的治疗原则为改善局部血液循环，减轻面神经水肿，缓解神经受压，促进神经功能恢复。急性期可以给予激素、抗病毒、营养神经等治疗，可以长时间应用B族维生素。尤其是维生素B1、维生素B12。注意保护眼睛。有时候眼睛不能闭合，可应用眼药水预防感染，保护角膜。恢复期进行针灸治疗。
