您好，我女儿八岁，三个月查癫痫，一直服药，上小学前没大发作过，一年级出现过一次大发作，今天孩子大作三次，吃托砒酯胶囊，4/5.量，近几个月年有减，拿药大夫说，吃3/5，孩子近期有说头痛，这次下午发作也有说额头痛，请问大夫我们改怎么办？谢谢您
