2.药物治疗：

癫痫药物治疗总的原则是：用药早、剂量足、服药准、时间长。一旦癫痫诊断确立后，立即服药，控制发作。剂量足够控制癫痫不发作且不出现药物毒性反应为准，必要时可血药浓度检查。根据不同的癫痫类型或综合症确定药物选择。一般停止发作2年以上，方可停药。

3、病因治疗
