儿童癫痫的原因

诱发癫痫的因素有很多，有的癫痫患者属纯突发性，发作时无征兆，也没有引发癫痫的病因。还有一些癫痫为周期性发作，一般是由身体的代谢功能紊乱造成。也有一些癫痫病发作时因外界因素影响所致。如患者的感觉性刺激：主要是指患者在听某段音乐或声响时突然发作。也可能会因为一段影视画面而让患者产生幻觉，从而导致患者精神混乱而引发癫痫。

非感觉刺激引发癫痫，有些儿童患者由于病毒的侵入而引发小儿高热，一旦体温超过39度，很容易因为高热而引发癫痫。儿童的生活必须要有规律性，不能让孩子太过疲惫，也不能让孩子因学习而增加心理压力，要保证充足的睡觉时间。不能让孩子过度饥饿，也不能让其暴饮暴食。只要做到了这几点，是可以杜绝儿童癫痫的。

据研究表明，不同年龄段的儿童发生癫痫的病因不同，因为不同时期的大脑发育不同，引发的癫痫类型也各不相同。有一些儿童的癫痫是先天性的，主要跟家族的遗传因素有产，当然还有一部分是因为母亲在妊娠期没有做好护胎和养胎的工作，最后导致孩子先天大脑发育不良。

儿童癫痫病要留意哪些：

一、应避免劳累，保证充足的睡眠，儿童至少保证每天睡眠8~16小时。参加适量运动，如散布、慢跑、羽毛球、网球、乒乓球等，尽量不骑自行车，防止发作时摔伤，或出现交通事故，少看电视，禁止玩电子游戏。

二、应尽量避免让他们常常或大量进食有较强兴奋作用的食品或是饮料，如咖啡、可乐等。在日常生活中有些行为或环境因素也有可能诱发癫痫病发作，癫痫病患儿应尽可能避免这些环境或行为。

三、应该让患儿保持一个愉快的心情。有一个积极的心态对于癫痫病的治疗也是很有帮助的。
